We Specialize in Residential Design
RNR DESIGNS specializes in bringing quality residential design and drafting services to both private homeowners and builders.
Award winning design talent, years of field experience and nationally recognized technical expertise has allowed RNR DESIGNS to adeptly create a variety of projects from a small gracious cottage remodel to a historically styled home with uniquely customized features.
Initially we help put the project together from the inception, organizing the aesthetic, functional and budget requirements into a meaningful project program. Maybe you already have a good idea of what you want and just need some technical help getting it ready for construction...that's fine too. We'll work together through the design and development phase, and finally to the completion of the working drawings (and further if you wish).
Whether it's new home plans or a remodel / addition /renovation that needs architectural touch - we're here to help you realize your project's requirements, develop them into a creative design and then draft a clear set of documents for use during the construction of your new residence.
